Free access to aerlingus.com: Passengers in Dublin, Cork and Shannon airports can access aerlingus.com for free on SurfBox kiosks for the duration of the current disruptions.

SurfBox are happy to assist Aer Lingus passengers during the current disruptions by providing free access to aerlingus.com. This is thanks to an agreement between Aer Lingus and SurfBox for eventualities such as this.

Access is available from our kiosks in Dublin Airport Departure (Check-In) Hall, Cork Airport and Shannon Airport. Passengers are now able to re-schedule flights and perform any of the other "Manage Booking" services without any charge. This will remain in place at least for today and tomorrow, April 14-15, and until the end of the current disruptions. We will keep passengers updated via facebook (SurfBox Europe), twitter and surfbox.net.
